Rules For Becoming A Sponsor/Vendor

 

Back to the Bricks® consists of multiple separate events over the course of a year. Each of the events offers unique sponsor opportunities. The events for 2023 are Chrome & IceFebruary 10th-12th, Dust ’em Off May 21st, The Promo Tour June 9-14, Tune-Up Party Week August 7-12, and the Main Event Week August 14-19. Sponsor level commitments may be cash, in-kind services, or a combination of cash and in-kind services to be agreed upon at the time of application. Displays by sponsors are optional, not mandatory, and there are space reservation deadlines for each event. See details below.

Upon request, sponsors may be given permission from the Leadership Committee to use the Back to the Bricks® logo. Sponsors desiring to use the Back to the Bricks® logo or any facsimile thereof must submit media advertisements and proposals for final review before permission is granted. In all cases, permission to use the Back to the Bricks® logo remains the sole decision and prerogative of Back to the Bricks®.

For sponsors choosing to market merchandise with the Back to the Bricks® logo, a 50% commission of gross profit will be assessed on each item sold and require prior approval from Executive Director.

TAX STATUS

Back to the Bricks® is an IRS recognized 501 (c)(3) non-taxable charitable foundation. Therefore, your sponsorship may be tax deductible. Sponsors are strongly advised to consult their tax professional for specific information.

EVENT DETAILS:

 

Chrome & Ice™

Sponsor payment must be received prior to December 1 the year before. If payment is received after that date, we cannot guarantee that the sponsor’s information will appear on Chrome & Ice™ promotional material.

Display space must be reserved by the following January to insure availability.

 

Dust ’em Off

Sponsor payment must be received prior to March 1, 2023. If payment is received after that date, we cannot guarantee that the sponsor’s information will appear on Back to the Bricks® promotional material.

Display space must be reserved by July 1st to insure availability.

 

Tune-Up Party Week and Main Event Week:

Sponsor payment must be received prior to May 1, 2023. If payment is received after that date, we cannot guarantee that the sponsor’s information will appear on Back to the Bricks® promotional material.

Display space must be reserved by July 1st to insure availability.

 

Promo Tour

Sponsor payment must be received prior to April 1, 2023. If payment is received after that date, we cannot guarantee that the sponsor’s information will appear on Promo Tour promotional material.
