Day One of the 2016 Promo Tour is in the books. A huge THANK YOU to Security Credit Union for sponsoring the kick-off breakfast for the participants, the new Flint City Administration for their support, and the team from Baker College who are providing roadside emergency service for the entire Tour. Ypsilanti’s “Depot Town” provided a historic setting for the Cruise In where tour participants were enthusiastically welcomed by a “Rosie the Riveter” team in period dress. Today’s highlights included a visit to the Yankee Air Museum, the same museum that is responsible for the “Fly-over” of a vintage World War II bomber at the opening ceremony of the Main Event in downtown Flint this August.
