The 9th Annual Chrome & Ice™ will be a three-day Winter Indoor Car event, February 9th – 11th, 2024. This year’s theme is Shake, Rattle & Roll, a tribute to the 1950’s. The lobby will have an amazing display of Cars, Gas Pumps, Vintage Neon and more! A featured display of GTO’s will take center stage on the Ice!

We will feature classic and custom vehicles, sports cars, muscle cars, hot rods, and trucks in the two arenas, the hallways and around the mezzanine. With more than 50 sponsors and automotive-related vendor displays, demonstrations, concessions, live entertainment, and a chance to attend our VIP Experience on Friday Night, we know it will be a good time.

Set up and load in will again take place on Thursday February 8th.

Hours and Ticket Information

Chrome & Ice™ 2024 will be open to the public Friday, February 9th from 10AM to 8PM.
VIP Experience 7PM to 10PM
Saturday, February 10th from 10AM to 8PM
Sunday, February 11th from 10AM to 4PM.
Awards ceremony starts at 3pm on Sunday, February 11th.

GENERAL ADMISSION tickets are $10 for adults, and $7 for youth, ages 12-17. Children under 12 are free.

Parking at arena is $5 at the gates

VIP Experience Friday February 9th

Brought back by popular demand is the VIP EXPERIENCE on Friday night from 7PM to 10PM. Tickets for the VIP Experience will be $45.00 each and will include parking, general admission to the car show, coat check and live musical entertainment. PLUS with your VIP Ticket is a complimentary adult beverage at any of several bars in the arena, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and dessert in the Blue Line Room from 7PM to 9PM, compliments of the Dort Financial Credit Union. Proceeds from Chrome & Ice™ and the VIP Experience will support the Back to the Bricks® Youth Scholarship Fund.

Live Musical Entertainment

Johnny and The Monsters will cruise through seven decades of cars in Rock and Roll! This local Genesee County based band is proud to partner with Back to the Bricks® for this great fundraising event. Local businessman and recording artist John Dombrowski, owner of Batteries Plus Bulbs of Burton, is excited to debut Johnny and The Monsters on the Chrome & Ice™ stage, taking the VIP Experience Ticket holders for a Rock and Roll drive they will never forget!

Miss Chrome & Ice 2024 Pagent

Submissions for the Miss Chrome & Ice™ 2024 Pageant are now open!

A select number of contestants will be chosen to compete for gorgeous crowns, custom sashes, goodie bags, as well as the title and honor of being crowned Miss Chrome & Ice™!! BONUS is cash prizes from our sponsor Vehicle City Motors for the top 3 contestants!!!

This pageant is open to adult ladies of all ages. We will be having our adult pageant as well as a Little Miss and Mister portion!

We are looking for that 50’s themed look! A modern twist on the ladies from the 50’s. Fun patterns and color combos, leather jackets, leopard print, petticoats, wiggle dresses, pencil skirts, and full swing skirts are all absolutely acceptable! REMINDER: This is a family friendly event, so keep things respectful. (I.e.: NO nudity, bathing suits, burlesque type attire, strip tease, lingerie, removal of clothing, exposed body parts like butt cheeks…etc.)

Potential contestants will be reviewed and determined by a panel of judges’. To submit your entry for consideration, please email vcvixens@gmail.com. You will need to include your name, pinup/stage name, a bio telling us about yourself, hobbies, pinup inspiration, favorite car…etc, of 100 words or less (usually ends up being 4-5 sentences), and 2 photos. Photos do not need to be professional, although they will be posted on the event page, and this is how the judges will be reviewing potential contestants. So keep that in mind while you are choosing your photos. Submissions will be accepted until midnight Sunday Jan 28, 2024. Be sure to have all required info posted above in your email, or it will not be considered. Judges will be choosing contestants based on the bio and photos that you submit. Those selected to compete will be notified by email, and will be required to submit their $20 registration fee for the process to be complete.

Proceeds from this event goes to support the Back to the Bricks Scholarship Fund.

Contestants that are selected to compete will enjoy free event parking for Sunday as well as a special lanyard giving all access pass to the event. This does NOT include your families or friends. Great news is that this is a low cost event overall with $5 parking, $10 entry fee for adults, $7 for youth, ages 12-17, with children under 12 being free.

With your entry you will not only have access to the show, but to the entire Chrome & Ice™ event. Enjoy the cars, the special displays, the vendors and more!

FOR THE MINI’s PORTION: There will be no submissions for the Little Miss and Misters, however there will be a $5 entry fee that will be due prior to the event. Please use the same email as above, vcvixens@gmail.com to get your little registered. THEME FOR MINI’s: The little ladies will be dressing as tribute to Rosie the Riveter, and the little misters as greasers! When you send your registration emails for them we can discuss further if you need some inspiration.
